Paul McAleer is a leader in the digital design and content space. Paul has been working in the digital space since the 1990s, with their “web exhibits” awarded by Columbia College Chicago and their photography published in travel guides and inspirational reference books.

In the 2000s and 2010s, Paul became recognized as a leader in UX and content. Paul spoke at conferences including SXSW, CreativeMornings, Design & Content, and World IA Day. Paul taught at General Assembly in Chicago and Denver, and led Denver’s World IA Day for two years.

On the profesh side, the work Paul and their teams created has been used by millions of people – from company intranets that do not suck to storefronts that look amazing to SaaS sites that are anything but a bore. Paul led design work for a NN/G Ten Best Intranet in 2019, which is no small feat. Industries Paul has worked in include healthcare, retail, industrial manufacturing, banking & fintech, and equestrian buildings. Yes, equestrian buildings.

Paul’s work today blends the practical and inspirational as they lead the experience practice at digital agency TMG, where their team continues on the vision of making digital experiences that are functional, useful, and people-pleasing for B2B folks.
